En août 2021 nous avons été contacté pour faire le light design de Iconic People in Iconic Places #1 : Rita Ora. Le spectacle allait avoir lieu sur la Tour Eiffel, après de multiples repérages, trois semaines de préparatif afin de créer des tableaux originaux pour chaque scène, et de nombreux échanges avec Beki Mari la réalisatrice, nous avons mis en lumière Rita Ora et ses danseurs durant deux nuits de tournage intense.

In august of 2021 we were contacted to create the lighting design of Iconic People in Iconic Places #1: Rita Ora. The show would take place on the Eiffel Tower, after some location scouting, three weeks of preparation in order to create several set design for each scene, and a lot of exchanges with Beki Mari the director, we were able to put to spotlight on Rita Ora and her dancers for two night of an intense shoot.

En pre-prod nous avons reconstitué la Tour Eiffel en 3D et mis en place tous les tableaux du spectacle. Ce workflow a permis à toute l’équipe de se projeter dans l’espace, d’anticiper au mieux les enjeux techniques et ainsi obtenir un résultat à la camera fidèle au storyboard.

During pre-production we modeled the Eiffel tower in 3D and also design all the sets for the show. Our workflow permitted for everyone to feel the space of the shooting ahead of time and also anticipate technical issues in order to obtain a final result as close as possible to the storyboard and the original ideas.
